We are very impressed with the young scholars from Rocky Hill School and the article that appeared recently in the Independent: Click here!
Docents in period clothing provide interpretive tours of the house at: noon, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m.— Thursdays through Sundays in June, July, and August;
Fridays through Sundays in May, September, and until Mid-October, however, we are still booking school and group tours through November.
Except for Christmas at the Castle, the first weekend in December, the Castle is closed for public tours until the first weekend in May. The office is open through the winter; please call 401 294-3521 with any questions. Admission Prices are under "Planning a Visit"-"Admissions (Prices)"
The days we are not open during the week, visitors (Groups & Bus Tours must clear visits with the office before arriving: (401) 294-3521), may walk the grounds up to an hour before sunset, but there is no access to the inside of the Castle. This is a privately owned Historic House Museum and there must be a designated member with people, inside the Castle, at all times (no self guided tours).
Pets are allowed on leash, but you must pick up after them! No pets are allowed on the grounds during events.
